PACKAGING, PLASTIC
& CIRCULARITY

Plastic is one of the biggest environmental problems we face. We want to take action on this now.

By 2025 we want to make all consumer packaging 100% reusable, recyclable or compostable. We will phase out single-use virgin plastic wherever it is possible. One of our first steps has been to start mapping our plastic and packaging footprint to know where it is meaningful to set in. At the same time, we are taking rapid action to reduce plastic use in the entire organisation.

WE ARE PREPARING FOR
A CIRCULAR FUTURE

We are only in a start-up phase, but like BESTSELLER, VERO MODA and AWARE are slowly preparing for a circular future.
We realise that a key step - and an important link towards a responsible future - lies here.  Therefore, we also look into ways
in which we can think circularity into our value chain, in the longer term.

It already starts in the product design phase. And that is exactly what VERO MODA, AWARE and BESTSELLER are looking into upscaling. With circularity initiatives, alongside a focus on durability and longevity, we consider the possibilities for the way we can make our clothes.
